REFUND POLICY
While we make every effort to ascertain the full description, and condition of each piece, accompanied with high resolution photos, we do understand that in some instances the actual physical appearance, and visual condition may be different to what our customers had imagined. Therefore to eliminate any uncertainty in purchasing that special piece “The Englishman’s Antiques” does have a refund policy on some items.
Refunds are not offered on all pieces, so please ask us if the item that you are interested in has a refund policy.
We will not accept any refunds, returns, or exchanges without preapproval before purchase.
In the event that we do permit a refund, return or exchange you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us professionally packed and in the same condition as it was received.
We require that you notify us within 48 hours of purchasing the item, that you want to return it.
We will need a copy of the original receipt, and the item has to be returned to us within 7 days of purchase date.
Upon approval of the inspection you will be given a refund for the original amount less a 5% charge for restocking.
